I’m Venessa

I’m from Texas but raised in Virginia. Above all, I am an Aunt & full-time role model to an awesome kid and a human mom to my bulldog Bob. When I’m not chasing after my bulldog and trying to stay hip in the eyes of a teen, I am creating images. I love music and I enjoy a great cup of coffee. 
 
Growing up, I was always “interested” in photography. I took photos of EVERYTHING. But let’s be honest, I had no idea what I was actually doing with my point and shoot camera ha! I recall the first time I took a photography class, I felt like I was way out of my league but I didn’t let it discourage me.  This little fish made it to the big ocean.
 
It has been quite a journey raising this business, but I wouldn’t trade it for a thing. I can truly say I love what I do. I love my clients and the friendships that blossom. I love romance, emotion and love. I love being able to tell a true story through real moments, and provide my clients with art that is going to last lifetimes.
