Ryan + Kristen’s Story
Shortly after coming to DC, and in need of a place to live, Kristen took to Craigslist to find an apartment. Fortunately, she ended up moving in with a few girls that Ryan was friends with from college. Following a brief meeting in DuPont Circle, cut short by Ryan’s haste to get to Buffalo Billiards to watch the Redskins game, fate reconnected this pair a few months later when Ryan asked some of their mutual friends to join a kickball team and they extended the invite to Kristen. After a few walks home from kickball, a trip to the driving range (which Kristen didn’t realize was a date), a sushi date, and a weekend in Dewey Beach, Kristen started calling Ryan her boyfriend and the rest is history.
I LOVED everything about their wedding day! Kristen and Ryan’s wedding day screamed elegance. From their beautiful venue to the carefully glass centerpieces every detail made their day perfectly amazing and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better weather for this weekend! It was a gorgeous day in DC and I had the honor to photograph one of the most beautiful weddings I have been blessed to be a apart of. Kristen and Ryan’s wedding day reflected who they were as people and as a couple… and it makes me love what I do even more. Here are a few from their day!
